Pure polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin belongs to a class of strong polar polymers, its intermolecular forces are large, which leads to the softening temperature and melting temperature of PVC is high, generally need 160 ~ 210 ℃ to process. In addition, PVC molecules contain substitution of chlorine groups easily lead to PVC resin dehydrogen chloride reaction, thus causing the degradation of PVC reaction, so PVC is extremely unstable to heat, the temperature will greatly promote the PVC off HCL reaction, pure PVC at 120 ℃ on the start of the dehydrochlorination of HCL reaction, thus leading to the degradation of PVC.
